First Liquid Feed

More or less just posting so I can remember when…. Added feeders and about 1:1 w a pollen patty. Few of the ii queens were already at 5/6 frames of brood so I added a second deep! And just like they were off!!!

Pulling Some Brood

It’s that time of the year. Pre-splits but still too brood heavy. Best way to deal with this is to pull some brood from all the hives, especially the 8-frame single deeps.
