This hive is definitely a little frisky. I will be letting it go over the honey flow but she will be replaced late June and no drones selected.

Downs Supering

The nectar flow is on strong now with black locust trees and honey suckle. Time to throw gear at the bees!

10/15/2022 Moving Hives to 10 Frame Gear 1 of 985

Started moving hives that were out of room and starting to get plugged up with nectar and brood into 10 frame hives. This is the supercedure queen from our Harbo breeder from 2020.

Weak Queen, Queenless Combine

Had a nice queen come through in a hive w barely any bees and I had a package that something happened to the queen.
